CANCELLATION POLICY
The customer agrees to
make full payment of the entertainment prior to the date of the event by either
cash, check, or any major credit card. Cancellations can only be done by
speaking person to person to a representative of the company, & can only be
cancelled by the customer who placed the order. No cancellation by phone
message or email will be acknowledged as a cancellation of your entertainment.
All cancellations must be received with more than 48 hours for singing
telegrams to the time & date of the event in order to receive a full
refund. Cancellation of entertainment with less than 48 hours for singing
telegrams will result in no refund.
